Villagers cannot path through door next to top snow

Steps to reproduce:- Step1) Locate a snowy village 

                                     Step2) Find a igloo type house

Observed results:- Villager unable to pathfind when top snow is present outside the door even if it's possible to go through

Expected results:- Mobs to pathfind through topsnow & door
