Right. Quasi-connectivity was a cause of BUD though these two concepts were indeed two different things. Removing QC would eliminate the main source of BUD. Since BUD itself was found useful, an observer block was introduced to compensate.
そうです。準接続性と BUD は確かに二つの別の概念ですが、前者は BUD を引き起こす原因の一つです。これを取り除いてしまうと BUD の主要な手段を取り除く事になります。BUD はそれ自体が便利なものだと判ったので observer block がその埋め合わせとして追加されました。
