Whilst in my world, I made and fully enchanted a trident. I left the world and returned the next day. My trident was missing. I thought I had just dropped it. Anyway, a week later I was opening a furnace and saw a loyalty trident spinning in my face and collected it. There were 2 of them, both with the exact same durability and enchantments. I think it is because I left my world whilst the trident was in the air, so it didn't render back in when i entered the world.
