I updated Minecraft Bedrock to 1.18. When I logged on to my world, all my animals where gone. I had 8 cats, 1 wolf, 1 horse, and the horse had my only saddle on and horse armor. This is the second time it happened, it also happened in 1.17 in a different world.

This sounds like MCPE-144208, which was reported to be fixed in 1.18. If you can provide copies of your world before and after losing the mobs that would be helpful.
