Whenever you try to reel in a boat out of the water at high velocity, the boat will then suddenly freeze in the air when it's intentionally suppose to casually fall down. But instead it froze, whenever entering the boat while it's still floating, the boat will fall down at full speed.
How the boats got lured on with a fishing rod was with world lag causing the fishing rod to not destroy the boat.
