Cant Locate the file of my world. *Not in game>com.mojang>MinecraftWorlds

Dear Minecraft,
Before update, I used to can transfer game world
files in and out from my phone, putting it in
(game>com.mojang>MinecraftWorlds) and i can access the world without issue.

But after the 1.18 update, when i transfer the file into my phone, minecraft app cant detect the world.

I notice it works the other way too. When accessing the world in my game, the files data is not updated. for example, previously, When opening a world from the app and then closing it again, the File time data will change into the last time i access the world.

However, now, no matter how many times i access the file, it still shows 30 november eventhough i access it today on 1 december.

the two photos illustriates what i am talking about.
1) in the minecraft app, the date shows 1 december.
2) however, in the files, the date did not change. from what i understand from my experience in this game so far, the date of the file should correspond with the world in the app.
3) however, it is not. furthermore, files transfered in cant be detect too. (the file test is transfered from my computer to phone, file not detected by app)
4) note: it is all saved in external
