Cannot import a custom sky into MC Bedrock

Whenever you try to make a custom sky in Minecraft Bedrock, the sky doesn't work. Given below is the image to show that I have edited it. 

Edit: It seems to work

You have it saved as .bmp instead of .png

You should check your texture pack again and make sure everything is in the right place. Here's an example pack I made that you can copy off of, I just created it and have ensured it works. You can load it in game to see and then unzip and see the correct file structure -
