Rtx is broken

I'm not really sure what happened, but when I turn on rtx in Minecraft Windows edition, everything seems to be glossy and doesn't have any texture. Back in 1.17, everything seemed to be alright, so I have no idea what's going on, someone please help. (This is for all rtx texture packs for me not just one.)ย

I'm also experiencing the same issue after the 1.18 update. Everything appeared normal in the 1.17.41 update however issues started appearing in 1.18. I'm using the Kelly's RTX Conversion resource pack. I will attach some screenshots later on this issue.ย

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

NVIDIA RTX 3070

16GB RAM
