I've found 2 chuncks that generated almost without any blocks and without bedrock.

This is your world’s problem, not the seed’s problem. Did this happen to you after entering and exiting the world?
Also could you please provide your backup? If it weighs more than 10 MB, upload the world to any file hosting service and provide a download link here)
I'm not exactly sure when it happend.
I was flying around the world exploring the new biomes when i noticed the giant hole.

I looked around your world and found out that this seems to be the same problem as MCPE-149287. 🙂
I hope you have a copy of the world that was not opened in 1.18 and you can restore the world from an earlier backup, since the copy of the world you provided is already corrupted 😓.
