When moving a shulker box or any other other storage block with nbt data, clicking to drag it around your inventory causes a severe lag spike that only subsides when the shulker box is placed into an inventory slot. Furthermore the inventory of the shulker box does not have to be full, it just has to have every inventory slot occupied by an item, even stackable items in stacks of one, as in the recording provided.
