Antialiasing not working

I'm getting jagged lines on blocks and little swirly-ness to textures. I've tried every setting possible in GeForce control panel, and I've just had to keep it on "let the 3d application decide" to get the best quality but still with the jagged lines and swirly-ness.  There is an Antialiasing option in-game in video settings, and it doesn't matter if it's on at 16, or totally off, still getting jagged lines. I also play java edition and the antialiasing option in that edition works fine, blocks look smooth. So I don't understand why Windows edition looks so bad. Could this be a bug?  I have attached my system info, my PC and GPU should be able to run this game with no problems.

This is happening on 3 different pc's of mine, all different specs and different GPU's, so I doubt it is my pc's.

I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled, no difference same problem. 

I've unistalled graphics drivers and reinstalled, no difference same problem.
