Anti aliasing appears to be broken

In the 1.17.30 beta, something appears very off about all of the rendering in this version. I then realized that it's probably the anti-aliasing, as nothing but the block outlines change between the different settings.

Still broken in 1.17.30.23 beta.

Affects release 1.17.30. In multiple platforms.

I'm affected with this issue, anti aliasing doesn't work at all, even if I set to max (16).

Intel NUC8i5BEH - Intel Iris Plus 655 with Graphics Driver version 30.0.100.9864

it's affecting me as well. AA doesn't work on any value i try to set it to.

GTX 1650 Ti (471.96)

i have the same problem on RTX 2080
Can use nvidia control panel open FXAA to enable anti aliasing but it's worse than the ingame one

After a better check on my side (Windows 10), I confirm that it is partially corrected. It seems to work on the edges of the blocks but remains non-existent on any textures.

I looked in the Options file and the Texel Anti-Aliasing which has the effect of smoothing the textures is activated but does not work.

So I suspect Texel Anti-Aliasing.

It wasn't in the changelog for 1.17.41, but this issue wasn't fixed. I can confirm the behavior AegisFalcon explained as well.

I am still experiencing this issue in 1.18. It has gotten better though.

I have 3 pc's and ALL of them have this jagged line problem, the antialiasing seems to not work anymore.

I put in a bug report awhile back and uploaded screenshots, but have not gotten a response other than my report is a duplicate of other reports.

Is this still an issue for you?
