The color of the notes coming out of thr note block are incorrect. They are supposed to slowly change from one color to thr next as shown in the image from http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Note_Block
Instead you sometimes get random colors such as a random red note in the middle of blue and green notes and about 5 white notes which should not be there.

Better in build 2 but still has about 5 white notes after the second A#. Thegoes from a deep blue to a bright white after A# and the white slowly truns green.
