[MCPE-151503] Efficiency V pickaxe does not work in Creative Mode

I wanted to test Netherite Mining Techniques in my creative world, so I gave myself an efficiency V pickaxe and started mining, blocks only broke at the same speed as the creative fist. This meant I had to go back and forth between creative and survival to test it.

This is not a bug, this is working as intended. Creative mode gives you instant breakage of any block, and it can’t be made faster by an Efficiency V Netherite Pickaxe.

I believe it is working as intended? Java Edition Creative mode works the same.
