Ever since the 1.18 update my game often crashed when porting from the nether to the surface world. After a few tries of reloading the game and reloading world I would be able to port to the surface world. The past week I have been working on treasure maps and staying in the surface world avoiding nether travel as a short cut because I wanted to avoid crashing. Today I finally didn't feel like taking the long way home and tried going through the nether. Since the game always crashes first attempt to go through portal I always save/quit, make back up copy of save then load save game again and go through portal. If and when game crashes I delete save and use back up copy after making new copy from back up copy. Usually after 2 or 3 tries the surface world finally loads instead of crashing. This time however I have tried a few different portals and about 20 times but I can't use portal to get out of nether without game crashing. I am now trapped in nether and game crashes at any attempt to load surface world. If this issue was resolved in the past it is no longer resolved as the recent big update seems to have triggered this bug again. I know you guys did a hotfix but the issue is not resolved, still needs a hotfix, and until then I can't leave the nether
