Performance drops are expected to happen between versions, especially in betas. Simply stating that "My game is slower" is not helpful for Mojang to diagnose your issue. If you can pinpoint a specific cause when lag happens for you, please open a new report for that specific issue. If you think this might be a hardware issue please contact Community Support as they might be able to help with your issue.

Keep in mind that Mojang is constantly optimizing the game and simply playing the game provides feedback to Mojang on which parts cause performance issues.

I can add that mostly its on PC, and the phone is ok, and its not about fps its mostly about mouce issues, mouse is dragging(only in minecraft, my mouse is OK) im not sure why, but something similar was on java edition, so maybie its the same thing.

You might want to take a look at MCPE-98861.

I'd also suggest reading the Bug Tracker Guidelines before creating any further reports. Since nobody is "watching" this report, any further comments are not likely to get a response.
