In a Mushroom Fields biome, grass generated when it shouldn't have, as only mycelium and/or dirt is supposed to generate there naturally
STEPS TO RECREATE:
Make a world with the seed: 2076827737
Go to coordinates: X:2963 Y:71 Z:3143
You will be able to see grass spawn in a mushroom biome

No, I went 30-50 blocks away but no normal animals like cows, chicken, etc. spawned there; only mooshrooms
Moreover, if it was a different biome like plains, the grass would not be lush colour; that only happens in Jungles or Mushroom Islands
