@OcelotOnesie, thanks for the suggestion which I tried, see above attached screenshot. I used the Map Helper-Red Mcpack. I do not see any missing pixels on the 9 maps. I explored the maps for a 3rd time to no avail. I can upload the world if it will help.
@OcelotOnesie, I uploaded my v1.18.1.28 Beta world at this link: https://mega.nz/file/DrYjRCKB#nWZGtbbz0EO5XiQ4zAv5r3-c81-zay8zSSIxvUN6UZg . Map Helper is active. The 9 maps are located x=36 y=63 z=-138. In addition, The Sound of Music will not unlock, which was reported at MCPE-115808 Achievements Not Unlocking in Survival. Thanks 😊.
Thank you for providing the world. Some of your maps are actually missing some pixels. Here is an Imgur album with screenshots of the affected maps:

The album contains two versions of the screenshots, one with the Map Helper Red resource pack and one without it. If you put the screenshots side by side, you can easily see where the missing pixels are. Let me know if you are able to unlock the Map Room achievement after filling in those pixels.
Also, MCPE-115808 is for all achievements not unlocking. Since you are able to unlock other achievements, please create a separate bug report for the Sound of Music achievement.
@OcelotOnesie, Success, the 4th time is a charm. I think the reason I was having trouble clearing every pixel relates to the fact the maps keep changing after each Beta update. You can see the terrain change as you move through the maps. The Imgur album with Map Help screenshots was a great help. Thanks for the suggestions. The Map Achievement was extremely difficult.
Please try the suggestion by Auldrick in MCPE-27720 and let me know if it works.
