Player Left Hand Invisible When Holding A Maps ( Java Parity )

This bug exist since 1.16.0 release, however this bug need to fix immediately for Java Parity.

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1.Make a maps 

2.Put the map in the off-hand

EXPECTED RESULTS
The left hand should be visible when holding a maps.

OBSERVED RESULTS
The left hand will invisible while holding it.
