The Loading Prompt does not appear when clicking on the Go to Profile Settings button on the Classic Skins Tab.
How to reproduce:
Go to the Main Menu
Click on the Settings Button
Observe the Loading prompt appear on screen
Go to the Dressing Room
Click on the Gear Icon
Observe the Loading prompt appear on screen
Go to the Classic Skins Tab
Select the Custom Skin Button
Click on the Go to Profile Settings button
Observe the Loading prompt not appearing on screen
Observed Results: The Loading prompt does not appear on screen when the Go to Profile Settings button is pressed
Expected Results: The Loading prompt should appear on screen when the Go to Profile Settings button is pressed
Resolving as "Works As Intened": It's device dependent - it is not necessary to display all the loading prompts. The game can skip them when certain conditions are met. (For example: Then when the device charges them immediately without delay.)
