  2. Load Minecraft

  3. Observe the Marketplace still working

  4. Turn off your Internet

  5. Load Minecraft again

  6. Observe the Marketplace still working even with no internet connection

  7. Turn On your internet & Sign back into your Microsoft Account

  8. Load Minecraft again

  9. Observe the Marketplace still working

  10. Turn off your Internet again

  11. Load Minecraft again

  12. Observe the Marketplace not working

Observed Results: The Marketplace does not work, when Signed into a Microsoft Account & with no Internet, causing Glitchy Behavior and Unresponsiveness (For example: The Marketplace Button when clicked does not work)

Expected Results: The Marketplace should still work, even when Signed into a Microsoft Account & with no Internet, matching the behavior of Not being signed into a Microsoft Account and with no internet

Resolving as "Works As Intended" -  Internet connection is required to load marketplace as it download the marketplace to cache memory, which should be deleted when you quit from marketplace to prevent  cache/memory overloads. Basically, it was a bit like a internet browser.

Hi, I can confirm that the Marketplace does need an Internet Connection in order to load, but the Bug I'm trying to show you is that the Marketplace does not open when there is no Internet Connection while signed into a Microsoft Account. If you try to click on the Marketplace button while the Internet is turned off and while you are signed in, it does nothing when the Marketplace Button is clicked, if you look at the Dressing Room Screen the Bottom Box is completely gone compared to when you are not signed into a Microsoft Account.
