Frogs when falling (changing height) always have a jump animation

Summary:
Frogs when falling (changing height) always have a jump animation. It also affects frogs "falling" in webs and berries. It doesn't look very natural. It seems to me that frogs should have jump animation only during the jump.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon a frog in the air.

2. Summon the frog above the cobweb.

Observed results:
The frog uses a jump animation when changing height to a minus (when falling).

Expected results:
The frog will only use the jump animation while jumping.
