Basically, villagers are spawning in doors when I load villages. I've seen this happen in two different villages. I have only seen it in desert villages, though I haven't been to any other villages because I haven't found any yet. (I'm in survival) The only way to get them out is by opening the door or by punching the villager.

Yeah, sure! I don't know how to export worlds on mobile, though. I made the survival world yesterday on the beta. I started to notice when I went to a village, villagers would spawn in the doors. The world was made in 1.18.20.23

World files from android are at /games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds folder and every sub folder is world folder. You need to connect your phone with PC to get them
Step by step:
Connect Android device with USB cable to PC
Go to "My Computer" and search for your Phone here then double click on it
Go to /games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds
Find your world folder (these folders have the same names as the world)
Copy it to your desktop (Be sure it's copy and not the "cut") You can also use ctrl+c for copy and ctrl+v for paste.
Right click on folder and "Compress to a ZIP"
Upload your world here as attachment!
Done!

Correction: The worlds are stored in /Android/data/com.mojang.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds
