Random tick speed reset button is partially out of the screen

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the new Create World UI;

2. Go to the cheats section;

3. Scroll down and find the Random tick speed setting.

Observed Results:
The text input field is too big, pushing the "Reset" button out of the screen.

Expected Results:
Both the textbox and the button fit the screen.
