"Close" button does not work in the "Skin Type" pop-up window

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft on a device that has the new Dressing Room UI

2. Open the Dressing Room.

3. Create a classic skin

4. Click the custom skin button

5. Click the button with the light bulb icon in the bottom right corner

6. Click the "Close" button

Observed Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The pop-up should be closed.

Notes:

• The "Go to Profile Settings" button works

• The pop-up can be closed by pressing the "ESC" key
