"Old swimming" (bobbing on top of water) is faster than underwater swimming.
Steps to reproduce: Just compare the times taken to cross a gap of water using both swimming methods.
Observed results: Bobbing on top of water is faster than swimming under water.
Expected results: Swimming underwater should be quicker, to match Java.
