[MCPE-152523] Villagers locking trades on saving and quitting world.

With a new villager, I can change its profession and trades just fine, but, without trading with it, logging out of the world and logging back in, i can no longer change its profession or trades.

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As such we have no repro of this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1: Breed a new villager

2: Wait for Villager to grow up

3: Set its profession with a workplace block

4: Save and quit world

5: Log back into world

6: Look at villager trades

7: Break workplace block and replace block

Observed Results:

Villagers traders do not change and profession is locked

Expected Results:

Villager changes trades or profession (depending on workplace block used) until traded with, where its profession and trades will be locked.

I've noticed this, but after breaking the workplace a second time, it works as expected.
