Does this still affect 0.15.1? I could not reproduce it on an Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1. To test, I used a creative single player world. I got on a horse and tapped a dispense that shoots an arrow at a TNT minecart (which in 0.15.1 causes a crash every time see MCPE-14357). On reload, I was still on the horse.

yes it still affects 15.1 on galaxy s6 android 6.0.1. It hasn't occured every time to me, but still often enough to be annoying. On mcpe 15.0 i restarted after crash and didn't have a horse but then suddenly got teleported onto the horse i had been riding and the horse and player took damage.

Thank Drajon, that's a slightly different bug that's elsewhere in Mojira. Happens especially often in multiplayer where the horse can be moved by other players and when you rejoin you may be teleported onto that horse in its new location
