For some reason when you load minecraft bedrock offline you can access your resource packs but not your paid skins.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load minecraft on a ps4 while offline
2. Go to the dressing room
3.Edit character (Hit R1) to move to classic skins.
Observed Results: It says go to profile settings
Expected Results: Have access to my skins I've payed for,
Conclusion: It might be a parity issue as Legacy Edition it was possible to access your skins offline. But on bedrock all I see is go to profile setting.
I noticed other people reported this but
hopefully I've added all the info you guys need to the reproduce the bug correctly. As I did comment on the other post But I'm pretty sure nobody saw it. Imagines below are one of bedrock offline not having access to skin, then the second is one of Legacy Edition offline showing it was possible to access skins offline.
