while playing in local the second player cannot control their avatar due to an infinite loading screen showing the progress bar stuck at full but never ending.
Has happened on multiple consoles and worlds with different accounts as well.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
