Transition between end stone texture and end portal frame is not as seamless as it previously was

Related to MC-202580. (parity issue)

The end stone and end portal frame texture are not seamless as it was before the texture update.

How to Reproduce
1. Place down end stone below and end portal frame above it.

Observed Result
The transitions are not seamless between those blocks.

Expected Result
The transitions should be seamless between those blocks.
