Summary:
-On Java the Hoglins are able to spawn in any light level however the same doesn't happen on Bedrock Edition.
Steps to Reproduce:
-Go into a Crimson Forest biome, prefereably in a somewhat flat area, and then cover the ground entirely with Torches.
-Go far away and come back.
Observed Results:
-In Java the Hoglins will spawn normally like there aren't any light sources, but in Bedrock Edition they spawn mainly on slightly darker areas(Apparently at level 7 or less)
Expected Results:
-Hoglins are able to spawn no matter what

That change to mob spawning wasn't applied to all mobs, there are many exceptions! In Bedrock Edition Hoglins are spawning in lower light levels, not complete darkness, while on Java they can spawn in any light level
On Java Zombiefied Piglins, Ghasts and Hoglins can still spawn in any light level, Pillagers, Piglins and Guardians at light level 11
