[MCPE-152947] Parrots not dying when fed a cookie

Issue
When a parrot is fed a cookie, it does not die like intended.

Steps to recreate

Expected outcome
The parrot should die from poisoning

Actual outcome
The parrot consumes the cookie and does not die
