Crouching toggles fly mode

Ways to Reproduce:

• Quickly press crouch twice;

• Press jump and crouch at the same time.

Observed Results:
You'll toggle fly mode on and off in both of these cases.

Expected Results:
Only the jump button works as a way to toggle fly mode.

Notes: This makes crouching in mid-air really difficult in creative mode.
