To reproduce:
Open up both Bedrock and Java and go to a plains biome. Alternatively, you may extract the grass colormap from the default resource packs of both versions.
Compare the colors.
Observed Results:
The grass color is dull and darker in Bedrock, whereas it is vibrant and lighter in Java.
Expected Results:{*}{*}
Bedrock should have the same grass colormap as Java. If the grass color in the plains is too dark, it implies the same for other biomes. This has nothing to do with the water color, by the way.
