When riding animals and minecarts or when swimming, the player can open the emote selection wheel

Summary:
When sitting animals, in a minecart, when swimming, the player can open the emote selection wheel. However, if you select an emote, it will not be played. As with the boat, when the emote cannot be played, the emote selection wheel cannot be opened either.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change the camera to a third person.

2. Sit in the minecart/on the animal/swim (in 1 block).

3. Open the emote selection wheel with the corresponding button.

4. Try to play the emote by choosing one of the suggested ones.

Observed results:
The emote animation will not play even though you can select which emote to play.

Expected results:
The emote wheel cannot be opened when the player is sitting on animals/in minecart/swimming (in 1 block).
