Summary:
No chest opening/closing animation in boat.
Steps to reproduce:
Place the boat with the chest.
Open/closed the chest in the boat.
Observed results:
When opening/closing a chest in a boat, the chest does not have an opening animation.
Expected results:
When opening/closing a chest in a boat, the chest will have an opening animation (just like a normal chest).
Minecarts with chests don't have an opening animation either, which is WAI per MC-173400. I see no reason to think this is a bug.
