[MCPE-153452] Player takes water/suffocation damage when walking/sprinting over slabs

When walking or sprinting over slabs (and carpets), water bubbles appear; player occasionally takes half a heart of damage from water suffocation.

Occurs with slabs more frequently than carpets.

I could not reproduce with the newest versions, does it still happen for you in the newest beta/full version?
