This used to work:
I open my local WiFi hotspot and my friends connect to my WiFi hotspot
But for some reason this doesn't work anymore,this used to work in build 1
but it stopped working when build 2 was released.Me and my siblings use different phones

In the latest build, connecting via mobile networks was disabled to prevent high data usage bills. You would need to be connected over a fixed line WiFi network.
