New Create new world UI blurs out resource/behavior pack's 16x16px icon

In the new page, under Behavior Packs or Resource Packs.
I have a pack with a 16px Icon. And the new UI will blur it.

I could not reproduce with my current packs, can you upload yours so we can repro the issue?

Here is a comparison of 16x16 pack icons in JSON UI vs. OreUI:

I believe this is because OreUI is using Bilinear scaling instead of Nearest Neighbor scaling for these icons.
