Steps to Reproduce
1.fill a barrier with empty inside
2.spawn vex
3.took him after fly through barrier
Observed Result
No one's allowed go through barriers except for teleporting
Expected Result
Vex can fly through barriers and Ender Dragon too
More Description
i know this is not gonna happen in survival mode but it's important for barrier blocks that no one's allowed to go through barries and this bug has should started that exist vex through the latest version.

Vexes can fly through any block because they don’t have collision physics. I expect it’s intended for barriers not to be an exception. Compare MCCE-5206.
