[MCPE-153631] Will not download or play world after purchasing, skin will work but game will not

I purchased 2 unspeakable bundles that included skins, world, etc. for my granddaughter, after purchasing them, the download button showed up, when I tap it, the download screen shows up, but says 0kb and nothing happens when tap download. When tried in Minecraft preview, it did show up at 85 or so mb or something and looked like downloaded the game but the world still does nothing when click on it, the skins do work, but she wanted to play the game, too.
