[MCPE-153680] Bugged banners in the water.

Just like the banners are buggy in honey block. nether portal and slime block, the banners are also buggy in the water. As with the others, it seems that the banners are not reflected in the water as you can see in the image. Please fix this because the banner already has a lot of bugs. Please fix this. This is bizarre and ugly.
