Chat messages do not move to the place of the disappeared messages

Summary:
When there are a lot of messages in the chat and some gradually disappear, then new ones and still not disappeared before 1.19 (e. g. 1.18.12) fell higher to the place of the missing ones. Now the messages do not move after the disappearance of old messages. This is a little distracting and also creates a spammy screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a chat.

2. Write a couple of messages (e. g. 3) to the chat with a short interval (e. g. 3 seconds).

3. Close the chat.

4. Watch the messages disappear in the upper left corner.

Observed results:
Newer messages are not moved to the place of messages that have already disappeared.

Expected results:
Other messages should be moved to the place of the disappeared messages.
