Observed results:
When in creative mode and entering a lava pool, the orangey fog doesn't show on screen but the fire effect still does.
Intended results:
Fog and fire effects should be on screen.
To recreate, Find lava pool, /game mode c, (may need to use /game mode 6 before hand), enter lava pool.
Also occurs in 1.19.0.20 beta

As mentioned in the 1.19.0.24/25 changelog, we are currently not accepting bug reports related to Spectator mode. Are you able to reproduce this without using Spectator mode?
