After 1.18 was released, it stopped snowing in windswept hills biomes where there used to be snow, and the snow started to melt. For context, these mountains were generated as "extreme hill biomes" in legacy console edition, and are different from the new 1.18 mountains. This is a bug that affecting current worlds, which is something that was said to have not supposed to happen.

@P3drin_Abover yes, but I do not think this is specific to any specific world seed.
Create a world in a version before 1.18.
Find a mountains/extreme hills biome that has snow in it.
Update the world to version 1.18 or above.
All snow, which would appear at the minimum of y-92 in these biomes pre-1.18, will melt if it is below y-120. Nor will it snow below y-120, (I've done tests to get the layer y-120, but it may be off by 2 or 3 blocks)
