[MCPE-154049] Can't change the character creator bug (character creator doesn't show the skins) and classic skins and capes and emotes are unusable in future versions)

I'm stuck with the steve or Alex skins,can't add capes. And can't play emotes or select a skin on the classic skins section. All the character creator does is nothing this bug is only on select few devices and my Android device is one of them. Perhaps you could you could agree fix it in the upcoming version?!

I wish that the character creator bug i reported will be seen by the developers at Mojang. Hopefully they can get the bug dealt with. 😞

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?
