[MCPE-154103] Mending on Diamond Pickaxe does not work

I have Mending on a diamond pickaxe. Even when I don’t have anything else with Mending on it in my inventory, gathering XP from a furnace, mining coal or killing mobs doesn’t mend my pickaxe.

Are you holding the Mending pickaxe when gathering XP? If not, that is why your pickaxe is not being repaired.

Yes, I’m holding the pickaxe in my right hand. No other Mending items in inventory.

I’ve tried using experience from several different sources (killing mobs, breeding animals, etc). Also tried disenchanting the pickaxe and adding all new enchantments. I have a sword that I enchanted with Mending, and it appears to be working as intended. Only the pickaxe is giving me any problems.

I went back to an old world save and everything seems to be working correctly. This issue can be closed.
