Description
We can't place 2 item frame on a block corner (look at the screenshot).
How to Reproduce
1. Place 2 blocks of any type.
2. Place an item frame on these blocks.
Observed Result
We can't place 2 item frame because the hitbox need to be fixed.
Expected Result
We should be able to place 2 item frames on the same block-corner.
Extra informations
On Java we can place two item frames in the same block-corner.
On Bedrock we can place multiple glow lichen on the same block so I don't see why it shouldn't be possible.

In this bug report, I think they reported the fact that you can't place items like torches or buttons behind item frames, and not that much the fact that we can't place two item frames in the corner of 2 blocks, but was still resolved as "Work as intended" but this is not the way it is supposed to work.
A lot of things changed since this report, it was in 0.14.0, now years later almost on 1.19.0
2016-2022 It was 6 Years ago! Tommaso Checchi's tweet was published in January 2016 so it was+6 years ago. It think it need to be revised.
Mojang want Minecraft Bedrock and Java to be the same, and this is a parity issue I have encoutered when I started playing Bedrock Edition at the start of the Buzzy Bees Update (it was still 1.14 on Bedrock, and 1.15 on Java) So I can't tell if this bug started to occur before this update, but I'm pretty sure this is a bug and it need to be fixed.
I hope you will read my comment above and mods will talk about this, as it is a bug and if Mojang want Bedrock and Java to be the same it need small changes like this.
You reported a parity issue. We are only tracking parity issues that meet the following criteria on this bug tracker:
The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version
The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other
The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before
Any parity issue that does not meet these criteria will not be tracked on the bug tracker and should instead be reported on the Feedback website.
