You cannot place multiple item frames within the same block. You can place multiple item frames on the same block, but not within the same block space.

If you mean by placing a block like a torch and placing an item frame on it and putting a block in the item frame, then its not a bug

Well, it should definitely still be fixed anyway. There is stuff you can do on PC that you can't on pocket edition now, and the aim was to make all editions essentially identical...
This really needs to be reconsidered.
Sure, it was a clever performance hack a decade ago, but holding parity hostage over decisions made for 2016-era mobile hardware is just outdated at this point. It limits player creativity, which Minecraft is supposed to foster. What do you mean I can’t recreate something I saw another player post on social media just because Bedrock is missing gameplay features?
Not a bug. Mcpe item frames are like that
